Choosing your cabinet
Which RECOL model should I choose?
RECOL30 has five drawers for 30 columns; RECOL60 has ten drawers for 60; RECOL90 has fifteen drawers for 90. Each uses six foam positions per drawer. Choose for the size of your working collection, the space available and the capacity you want to keep in reserve.
How much space does a cabinet need?
All three cabinets are 280 mm wide and 410 mm deep. Heights are 325 mm for RECOL30, 590 mm for RECOL60 and 860 mm for RECOL90. Allow additional room for opening drawers. RECOL30 is designed for a benchtop; RECOL60 suits a suitable bench or floor, and RECOL90 is floor-standing.
Will my columns fit?
The current storage specification is up to 320 mm overall length, including caps and end fittings, and up to 16 mm diameter. Send us the complete dimensions if you have unusual fittings or would like a fit check.
Are HPLC columns included?
No. Cabinet listings include the cabinet and standard column-storage inserts. Columns, tools and fittings shown in photographs illustrate use and are not included.
Working with RECOL
How do the drawer and letter references work?
Each drawer has six positions marked A–F. Record the drawer number and letter alongside the column identity in your existing records. For example, Drawer 3 / Position B is a simple location the whole team can recognise.
Can I store small tools and fittings too?
Yes. The optional RECOLSERT tray replaces a standard foam insert with a nine-compartment tray for nuts, ferrules, unions and small tools. It is priced separately at €38 excluding tax and delivery.
Can RECOL support laboratory 5S?
RECOL can help teams assign clear storage locations and keep a consistent workspace. It works alongside your own inventory records and laboratory procedures; it is not a software tracking or certification system.
How should I prepare columns for storage?
Follow the column manufacturer’s guidance for cleaning, storage solvent, caps and environmental conditions. Keep any packaging required for transport or specialist storage.

What do the cabinets cost?
Catalogue prices are €469 for RECOL30, €820 for RECOL60 and €1,135 for RECOL90, excluding tax and delivery. RECOLSERT is €38. Your checkout shows applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total before payment.
How do we place an order?

Do you deliver outside Ireland?
